Tracy Spiridakos

Tracy Spiridakos, a Canadian actress. She starred in the Teletoon children’s comedy series Majority Rules as Becky Richards. from 2009 to 2010. Between 2009 and 2010, she played as Charlotte Matheson (Charlie) on the NBC series Revolution, a post-apocalyptic science-fiction series. She was nominated for an Saturn Award as Best Actress on Television. Annika Johnson was the character Annika in the A&E television show Bates Motel. Spiridakos is a regular on the NBC drama Chicago P.D. since 2017. As Detective Hailey Upton, Spiridakos is the lead character. Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to Greek-born parents, restaurant proprietors George and Anastasia Spiridakos She has two brothers. When she was born her family relocated to Skala, Greece, south of Sparta. They returned to Canada in 1992. She strongly feels connected to her Greek heritageand can speak fluent Greek. Spiridakos began acting in junior high school. She later was a student at the Actors Training Centre of Manitoba. She was a graduate of Oak Park High School in Winnipeg in 2000. Spiridakos moved to Winnipeg to pursue acting in 2007. She found her first television role on Supernatural within a few weeks. She was a television actress for several more years getting parts on Psych, The L Word, Hellcats and Bionic Woman. Spiridakos played the role in the TV movie Goblin and also in the web-based series Mortal Kombat: Legacy. Spiridakos also appeared on Being Human as the werewolf Brynn McCLean. In 2009, she was cast in her first role in a starring part in the role of Becky Richards, a 15-year-old girl in Canadian Teletoon's Majority Rules! Her feature film debut came in 2011 with Rise of the Planet of the Apes. In Kill for Me, she appeared alongside Katie Cassidy and Donal Logue. Spiridakos played Sammi in Rags, an Nickelodeon original movie. Spiridakos was later offered the main role in Revolution which she played as Charlotte Matheson (survivor of the dystopian future) in NBC television. The role was offered to her during her first pilot season in Los Angeles. Spiridakos filming the pilot was in Atlanta and the first season in Wilmington. Because of her performance in the pilot, she was nominated to the Saturn Award for Best Actress on TV. She was defeated by Fringe's Anna Torv. The second season saw production moved to Austin Texas.

  Amy Poehler, born September 16, 1971 was an American actress, comedian, and writer. After studying improv at Chicago's Second City and Improv Olympic in the early 1990s, Poehler co-founded the improvisational-comedy troupe Upright Citizens Brigade. The group moved to New York City in 1996 where their act became a half-hour sketch-comedy series on Comedy Central in 1998. Poehler was the first member of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.    Heelan was born in Andover (Massachusetts) to Kimball Heelan, actress and Lowell Public Schools teacher, and Kevin Heelan playwright. Conor is her older brother. The father of Heelan, as well being a performer, has been a faculty member at Phillips Andover Academy since 1983.
